A photo can instantly tell us whether you are someone we want to work with, invite for a drink, or even give money to. It looks great on your dating profile, your professional website or even on the back of your book.
A good image builds trust and radiates affability through a genuine representation of who you are.

What should I wear?
Anything you like - it's your photo...but not that Christmas jumper, OK?
A professional image varies: drag queens, mixologists and sales managers all rock very different looks!
I can advise on how best to represent yourself during our consultation.
Can you Photoshop out my Chelsea Grin?
The answer is probably "no".
The odd blemish might be doable, but giving you a new nose or altering a permanent feature is not part of the package.
If you have particular concerns about your appearance, we can discuss your needs during our consultation.
Do you do hair and make-up?
For hygienic and practical reasons, I ask clients to arrange their own styling before the shoot (I highly recommend getting a blowout for some added glamour), so please bring your own make-up with you. Blotting paper and combs are also useful.
Can I have the RAW files from the shoot?
Would you ask your favourite band for their album before they've mixed it? Your favourite writer for a first draft of their new novel?
It is not industry practice to provide RAW files.
Each package provides high quality JPEG images suitable for all of your needs.
Can I buy more images from the shoot?
Sure you can. Further images are priced at ¥3000 each.
Photos are archived for 6 months after the shoot so you can request further images within that time frame.
How do I pay you?
I currently accept only cash or bank transfer. Shoots require a non-refundable 50% deposit to book and the remaining balance paid in full in advance of the shoot.
How can I use the images?
All images are licensed for usage on social media, websites and your business branding and marketing.
Use for books, magazines, CDs, billboards, TV is not included and requires a separate licensing agreement.
Please do not further edit your images or enter them in to competitions.
I need to cancel the shoot/ I'm going to be late. What should I do?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your shoot, please let me know as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable but can be used to reschedule shoots for another time.
Shoots cannot usually be extended beyond their allotted time. If you are running very late, you will need to reschedule for another day.
How will you use the images from our shoot?
I only use images on my website and social media to give examples of my work to future clients.
I do not sell images to stock agencies or other photography outlets.
If I think we've got a particularly stunning image, I may enter it into a competition, but I'll let you know if that's my intention.
How long will it take to receive my images?
I normally provide a proofing gallery with 3-4 days. You pick your favourite images within 7 days, and then it usually takes me 7-10 working days to deliver the final images.
I don't like my images. What should I do?
Don't panic! Get in touch with me ASAP and we can discuss your concerns.
Can I write you a stellar review/ give you flowers?
You certainly can. Feel free to email me with your thoughts about the shoot, what you enjoyed, how you feel about your images. I'd love to hear your feedback on the experience!
My favourite flowers are dahlias, gerberas, aliums and sunflowers...;)
